Ceridian (formerly ABR) (The old Florida Power Complex)

9th STREET, ST. PETERSBURG

This unique 13 Building renovation project included the complete demolition of 300,000 SF of office space, and a total redesign and construction of all interior space. SPC performed in excess of One Million Dollars worth of wallcoverings, painting, special coatings, and wood finishes! SPC also prepared and waterproofed the exterior concrete surfaces of the entire complex.
