Located in St. Louis, Minnesota, the scope of work throughout the facility consisted of the removal of all wallcovering, painting walls, installing border, cove base and bumper rail.  New flooring was installed along with acoustical ceiling, new aluminum front doors and a new fireplace.  The nurses station was remodeled with formica.
