Located in Waterville, Ohio, the scope of work for this project included painting, installing wallcovering, new flooring with inserts, handrail and bumper throughout the facility. New cabinets were built and installed in dining area. New doors and ceilings were installed. The existing outdoor deck was removed and replaced with a new one and a gazebo.  New tile was installed in resident bathrooms.
